Just listened to their newest album yesterday, which is kind of sad considering they’re probably my favorite band as of now. The album, titled ‘A Sense of Purpose’, is just as good as everything else they’ve come out with in the past. They don’t change themselves, or ‘try something new’ like a lot of other bands seem to do. They found their style long ago and stuck with it. And considering they’ve been making music since 1990, they’ve gotta be doing something right.

Overall my favorite songs on the album are ‘Alias’, ‘Sober and Irrelevant’ and ‘Condemned’ if I had to pick a top 3, but they all kick ass. Guitar in Sober and Irrelevant is awesome, and the general feel of Alias reminds me of another band that I can’t quite put my finger on at the moment.

Think that’s about it for now, I need to go get a new iPod over the weekend, having an awsome album like this and not having it portable sucks :(
